Aboard the maxi-trimaran IDEC SPORT, Alexia Barrier and her crew crossed the official finish line at Ushant at 12:00 p.m. sharp on Monday, January 26, 2026.
France’s Alexia Barrier, Britain’s Dee Caffari and Deborah Blair, the Netherlands’ Annemieke Bes, Switzerland and New Zealand’s Rebecca Gmuer, Spain’s Tamara “Xiquita” Echegoyen, the US’s Molly Lapointe, and Australia’s Stacey Jackson have achieved their goal: first attempt, first success.
