The rain that was expected at around 2 p.m. did not appear, but there was some wind and a lot of grey clouds, so conditions are likely to be changeable at the start of the race.<\/p>\n<p>HSH Charl\u00e8ne of Monaco waved the flag. The lights went green and they were off.
