With just a few days to go before the start of the 86th edition of the Le Mans 24-Hour Race, excitement is building in the French city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the weigh-in on Sunday, when the administrative and technical checks were made in front of the crowds, the official work continues in Le Mans. The drivers\u2019 briefing took place this morning followed by the traditional group photo with all of the drivers. Things will start to become serious tomorrow and this time, it will be taking place down on the race track. The free trials will start at 4 in the afternoon and continue until 8 p.m. From ten, the first qualifiers will start. For two hours, the drivers will be working their hardest on the 13,6266 km track to, be able to get the best place on the grid on Saturday. Everyone has been looking forward to these trials, which should also enable them to see how they are doing in comparison with their rivals as well as allowing them to get used to the race track. IDEC SPORT did particularly well in the first set of trials finishing second in its category, just three hundredths of a second off the best time and they hope to repeat that performance.<\/p>\n

Tony Parker forced to withdraw at the last moment<\/strong>
\nThe famous basketball player, who is also a fan of car racing, Tony Parker supports the IDEC SPORT team. He was expected to attend this 86th edition of the Le Mans 24-Hour Race, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he will be unable to join the team on Thursday. They can still however count on his support from a distance, as Tony Parker will certainly be following the trio\u2019s race.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
