A dozen technicians work full-time at the team’s headquarters. During race weekends, the team expands to 40 people in the ELMS and around 60 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, all focused on a single goal: to provide the drivers with the best conditions to express their talent on the track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the race engineer to the race performance and mechanics, including the technical director, the team principal, the systems engineers, the engineers, the regulations, logistics, the osteopath, the tires, team coordination, communication and press, marketing, catering, carbon specialists, and stickering, they are all recognized for their true value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
