IDEC SPORT, partner of the Rugby Heritage Cup
IDEC SPORT is a partner of the first World School Rugby Tournament. This event celebrating 200 years of the creation of the sport of oval ball will take place from 2 to 7 September 2023 in Pontlevoy and will bring together 48 teams.
D-200 before the start of the competition
The Rugby Heritage Cup, a week-long tournament for hundreds of youngsters, will be launched on 2 September. This date is not a coincidence, as it is a nod to the 200 years of the sport’s creation. The tournament will take place in the week before the Rugby World Cup 2023 kicks off.
Figures to match the event
The Rugby Heritage Club, which will have the honour of having some great partners, notably players Safi N’Diaye (91 caps), Daniel Dubroca (33 caps) and Philippe Sella (111 caps), will bring together 700 participants from 24 countries. The event will feature 132 matches played by 48 teams.
